'Pick A Path'
There's a lot of things I love about 'Pick A Path'. I was dreaming and planning a mountain holiday in the northern hemisphere when I was painting it. But by the time I put my brushes down finally, it took me back to my favourite camping spot at the top of Arthurs Pass amongst the lupins. We spent Christmas night there by the river a few years back. I love the ambiguity of the middle ground too. Is it a path or is it a river. Where does it take you? This is a very easy landscape painting to live with and suits many different interior settings and styles.

600mm x 400mm x 37mm - acrylic on canvas, satin varnish, sides painted off-white, signed, framed in a Oak wood frame and ready to hang.
